There's no better way to prepare for the weekend than a Ruby Cannabis Sugar infused cocktail. Keep Summer alive and refreshing with this delicious mint blackberry concoction. Your friends will love you for it! ☀️ INGREDIENTS:
1 and ½ packets Ruby Cannabis Sugar
1 pint fresh blackberries
½ cup lime juice
2 liters pomegranate or black cherry sparkling water
½ pint fresh blackberries
Mint Simple Syrup (1 and ½ cups sugar, 1 and ½ cups water, and 1 cup packed mint leaves)
Extra mint leaves, for garnish
1. To make the simple syrup, stir together 1.5 cups water, 1.5 cups organic cane sugar, and 1 cup of mint leaves in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Heat and stir occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the mint leaves have wilted completely.
3. Remove from heat and strain. While syrup is still warm, mix in Ruby Cannabis Sugar.
4. In a large pitcher, muddle the blackberries.
5. Pour the simple syrup into the muddled berries and stir.
6. Add ice and sparkling water, then pour into 16oz beverage glasses. Enjoy! Serves three.
