Also known as cà phê sữa đá, this Vietnamese coffee is a unique way to enjoy the morning, made even more special with Ruby Cannabis Sugar. It involves filtering coffee slowly into a single cup, and then adding condensed milk, Ruby Sugar, and ice. Give your tastebuds an adventure! ☕️ INGREDIENTS (Serves 1):
- 1 packet of Ruby Cannabis Sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark-roast, medium coarse ground coffee (preferably Vietnamese!)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1. If you have a traditional metal filter, boil 1 cup of water, add coffee to the inside of the filter, then place filter over a heatproof glass (If you don't have a metal filter, simply steep the coffee grounds in 2/3 cup of boiling water for 4 minutes, then pour through a normal coffee filter into a heatproof glass).
2. Add a splash of hot water to the filter. Allow the coffee to drip for about 5 minutes, then stir in Ruby Cannabis Sugar, mix in the condensed milk, and then add ice. Enjoy!
